I have received the car I ordered from Autowini. Prior to placing the order, I had requested inspection services for three different cars, which enabled me to choose the one I eventually received. The inspection service was excellent because the car was as described, except for one point.
Upon receiving the car, I noticed that the tablet PC was missing. I contacted Autowini to understand the situation, and according to them, the tablet was stolen during the roro transport. However, I disagreed with Autowini, as I believed the car was sent without the tablet. Consequently, I filed a claim regarding this issue, aiming to highlight that the vehicle's condition did not align with the seller's advertisement.
I was surprised by Autowini's response, stating that the car was shipped with the tablet. As I had previously mentioned, I had ordered an inspection service for this car, and the conclusion of the inspection was that the tablet was not in the car but in the office. Unfortunately, Autowini did not provide any pictures to support their claim but instead provided pictures without the tablet. Throughout the process, Autowini did not provide evidence that the tablet was inside the vehicle prior to shipping. They only sent me some pictures after I received the car, claiming that these pictures were taken prior to shipping. I asked them why they did not send the pictures before shipping, as advised on the website.
To resolve the situation, I purchased a new tablet to replace the missing one and sent the bill to Autowini for reimbursement. However, I have not received a reply to date.
I am sharing this experience to provide some advice to Autowini:
While your platform does a great job, it is crucial to follow all the steps described on the website to ensure that cars are delivered as described.
The claims service should be handled by individuals other than those directly involved in customer interactions to ensure a more objective analysis of the situation.
Autowini must respond to claims with arguments that explain their position, following the rules provided to the customer.
