A big thank you to Autowini staffs, especially Zhazira, for their continuous communication via email and WhatsApp, which kept me informed and reassured that the car would ultimately reach its destination. The "Tracking Information" on the Autowini website (customer account) is also very useful, allowing customers to track the car's progress through details like Consignee Information, Invoice, Payment Receipt, photos and videos of the car, Commercial Invoice & Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Information, Document Delivery Address, Tracking Information, and Claim Center. Overall, it was a very successful experience.
