You cannot edit your item's Year, Make, Model or VIN once you've purchased your ad. Always double-check this information before submitting your ad.

Neither AutoWini.com nor any website through which we distribute your listing will charge you any additional fee for this additional exposure. It's just added value from AutoWini.com.

Responsibility for the information contained in each listing lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all email messages transmitted through AutoWini.com. Nothing will undermine a user's confidence in the item you're looking to sell faster than inaccurate statements or misleading representations about the item. Neither AutoWini.com nor the manufacturer is responsible for the accuracy of any information contained in an item listing and only the manufacturer or dealer that certifies an item is responsible for the decision to certify that item.

Although we encourage you to consult such websites, we cannot guarantee the prices, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products or services provided by these vendors. If you choose to purchase an inspection through such a third-party website, remember that an inspection is not a warranty. 6. Registration: To obtain access to certain AutoWini.com services, you will be given an opportunity to register with AutoWini.com. As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person. We reserve the right to disallow use of user name that we deem offensive or inappropriate. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and for all actions of persons accessing AutoWini.com through any username/password assigned to you. You will notify AutoWini.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.

7. Delete Account: User can choose Delete Account to withdraw their membership and the automated emails will be stopped.

8. Deregistration and stoppage of Member's ID: If user corresponds to either of the following, AutoWini.com will stop the service and delete the membership immediately without notifying the user beforehand. AutoWini.com reserves the right to refuse their use of service in the future. AutoWini.com shall not be liable to you for the disadvantages or damages that may be caused from deleting the membership of this user.

When AutoWini.com figures that user's registration is not the user oneself.

When the registered information is false.

When user violate this agreement or other agreement of AutoWini.com, and when user acts against law or does anything illegally.

When user disagrees with the agreement.

Other cases that AutoWini.com figures not proper.

9. Validity of this Agreement: Even after user's registration has been cancelled, in the relation to AutoWini.com, user accepts the application and validity of this agreement.

10. Miscellaneous: No spamming or data scraping. We want potential buyers visiting AutoWini.com to feel free to share their email addresses with those listing items for sale on our site. By listing an item for sale on this site, you agree to use the email addresses of those responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential sale of that item. By using this website, you agree not to use information concerning other users of AutoWini.com, or the items they've listed or searched for on this website (including listing information, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or other information), for any purpose other than to explore the potential purchase or sale of a listed item.

제1조 목적: 이 약관(이하 “판매약관”이라 함)은 (주)오토위니(이하 “회사”라 함)가 제공하는 수출중개서비스를 이용하여 중개대상물의 해외 판매를 희망하는 회원(이하 “판매자”라 함)과 “회사” 간의 권리, 의무, 책임, 서비스 이용 절차 및 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 용어의 정의: 이 약관에서 사용하는 주요 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.; 1. “오토위니”란 회사가 회원의 중개대상물을 해외로 판매하기 위해 관련 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 제공하는 온라인 플랫폼으로서 웹사이트 뿐만 아니라 모바일 웹, 애플리케이션이 포함되며, 이를 운영하는 사업자의 의미로도 사용합니다.; 2. “판매자”란 본 약관에 동의함으로써 오토위니가 제공하는 수출중개서비스의 이용 계약을 체결한 자로서, 실제로 수출중개서비스를 이용하여 중개대상물(이하 “중개대상물”이라 함)을 판매하는 자를 의미합니다.; 3. “서비스”란 판매자가 오토위니에게 수출중개를 의뢰한 상품을 해외로 판매하기 위해 오토위니가 판매자에게 제공하는 광고, 상담, 계약지원, 수금대행, 선적 및 사후관리 등 모든 서비스를 의미합니다.; 4. “구매자”란 판매자로부터 중개대상물을 구입하고자 하는 의사를 오토위니가 제공하는 양식에 맞추어 밝힌 해외 회원을 의미합니다.; 5. “멤버십”이란 오토위니가 정한 기준에 따라 부여되는 회원 등급 또는 서비스 혜택 체계를 말하며, 멤버십의 종류·조건·혜택 등은 회사의 정책에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.; 6. 본 조에서 정의되지 않은 약관 상의 용어의 의미는 관련 법령 및 일반적인 거래관행에 따릅니다.

제3조 서비스의 목적 및 회사의 역할: 1. 회사는 판매자와 구매자가 물건을 거래할 수 있도록 오토위니 플랫폼을 통한 수출중개서비스를 제공하고, 해외 판매가 원활히 이루어지도록 조정 및 중개하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.; 2. 회사는 판매자가 중개대상물을 직접 등록할 수 있도록 판매 전용 시스템을 이용할 수 있는 계정을 제공합니다.; 3. 회사는 판매자가 등록한 중개대상물의 원활한 판매를 위하여 전문 인력을 활용하여 책임 있는 수출중개서비스를 제공합니다. 또한, 판매자가 원하는 조건으로 판매가 이루어질 수 있도록 최선을 다합니다.; 4. 회사는 판매자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 「개인정보처리방침」을 수립하고, 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하여 이를 공개하며, 이를 성실히 운영합니다.; 5. 회사는 판매자의 중개대상물이 원활히 판매될 수 있도록 본 약관 제4조(수출중개서비스의 범위)에 명시된 서비스를 판매자에게 제공하며, 제7조(수출중개서비스의 단계별 이용규약)에서 회사의 행동 지침을 성실히 수행합니다. 명시되지 않은 추가 서비스 또는 업무 확장 시, 회사는 별도의 계약 체결 또는 추가 비용 청구를 요청할 수 있습니다.; 6. 회사는 통신판매중개업자로서 수출중개서비스의 시스템 운영 및 관리에 대한 책임을 지며, 판매자가 사이트에 등록한 정보 또는 그 판매 행위 자체에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.; 7. 회사는 수출중개서비스와 관련하여 판매자 또는 구매자를 대리하거나 이들을 대신하여 거래에 개입하지 않으며, 판매자와 구매자 간의 거래 또는 각 당사자가 제공·등록한 정보로 인해 발생하는 모든 위험과 책임은 해당 당사자가 부담합니다.

제4조 수출중개서비스의 범위: 1. 회사는 판매자가 오토위니 서비스를 이용하여 중개대상물의 해외 판매를 원활히 진행할 수 있도록 지원합니다. 이에는 다음과 같은 일련의 서비스가 포함됩니다.
a. 해외광고 서비스 : 회사가 중개대상물이 게재된 오토위니 사이트를 광고하거나, 오토위니의 해외고객(구매자) 데이터베이스를 이용하여 또는 회사가 운영하는 여러 채널을 통해 직, 간접적으로 중개대상물을 광고해주는 서비스 b. 고객상담 서비스 : 회사가 중개대상물을 구매자 대상으로 계약 전반의 과정에서 상담 및 컨설팅 해주는 서비스. 직접 통화나 채팅 같은 1:1 응대를 포함한다. c. 계약체결 및 수금대행 서비스 : 회사가 중개대상물을 구매자 대상으로 계약을 체결하고 인보이스를 발송하며 판매 대금을 대신 수령해주는 서비스 d. 배차 및 탁송 서비스 : 회사가 중개대상물이 거래되었을 때 중개대상물을 항구나 선적을 위한 지정 장소로 입고하기 위한 차량배차 및 탁송해주는 서비스 e. 수출서류 제작 서비스 : 회사가 중개대상물의 해외 배송(이하 ’선적’)을 위한 수출 인보이스를 제작해주는 서비스 f. 서류/통관 확인 서비스 : 회사가 중개대상물의 선적을 위해 ‘수출신고필증’, ‘자동차말소등록사실증명서(또는 폐차인수증명서)’ 상의 사실을 확인하고 정상적인 수출통관여부를 확인하여 원만한 수출진행이 되도록 하는 서비스 g.품질검수 서비스 : 회사가 거래된 중개대상물이 광고된 정보와 맞는지 확인하고 실제 작동상태를 검사하여 문제 없이 선적되도록 하는 서비스 h. 선적 서비스 : 회사가 중개된 거래대상물이 구매자가 원하는 선적 방법 내에서 가장 빨리 선적될 수 있도록 가능한 스케줄과 최적의 운임을 찾아 선복을 예약하고 선적하는 서비스. i. 선하증권 발급 서비스 : 선적 후에 중개대상물과 선하증권 상의 정보 부합여부를 확인하고 이를 정정, 최종 확인하여 선하증권을 발급하는 서비스 j. 수출서류 발급 및 발송 서비스 : 구매자의 요청에 따라 중개대상물의 통관에 필요한 서류를 준비, 발급하고 이를 구매자에게 송부해주는 서비스 k. 클레임 응대 및 보상처리 서비스 : 중개대상물이 구매자의 목적항으로 도착한 이후 접수된 클레임을 확인하고 상담하여 보상처리 하는 서비스 l. 거래 전담 서비스 : 위의 일련의 과정에서 구매자와 소통하며 요구사항을 파악하고 원만하게 거래를 종결 짓기 위해 행하는 모든 과정과 서비스; 2. 판매자와 구매자 간의 거래에서 회사는 판매자를 대신하여 모든 판매대금을 수령하며, 본 약관 제8조(판매대금의 지급) 및 관련 조항에 따라 판매자에게 대금을 지급합니다.; 3. 회사는 판매 촉진을 위해 포털 및 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 포함하여 회사가 승인한 국내외 웹사이트, 모바일 앱 등에 판매자가 등록한 중개대상물의 정보를 광고할 수 있으며, 판매 프로모션 행사 등을 수행하는 경우 할인된 가격으로 공개할 수 있습니다.; 4. 회사는 판매자가 등록한 중개대상물의 광고게시물은 회사가 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 정한 기준 및 방법에 따라 서비스 관련 웹페이지에 게시하여야 합니다. 이러한 경우, 회사는 게시할 광고의 위치, 크기, 레이아웃 등을 결정 및 조정할 수 있으며, 이외의 이벤트, 광고 또는 게시 사안을 포함하여 회사의 서비스에 대한 서비스 웹페이지를 작성 및 편집할 수 있습니다.; 5. 회사는 가격을 포함한 거래 조건을 비교하여 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 판매자가 등록한 중개대상물의 정보는 회사가 가격을 포함한 거래조건을 비교하여 서비스를 제공하고 기타 다른 서비스를 제공하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우, 정보의 구체적인 비교 방법 및 사용 방법은 회사가 정한 기준 및 방법에 따라 결정됩니다.; 6. 회사는 판매자가 어려움 없이 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 필요한 정보 등을 판매자에게 제공하며, 필요한 경우에는 회사가 판매자에게 설문지 작성 또는 정보 제공을 요청할 수 있습니다.

제5조 판매자의 의무와 책임: 1. 판매자는 회사가 정한 상품 카테고리 내에서 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 판매활동을 수행할 수 있으며, 회사가 제공하는 판매 전용 시스템을 통해 중개대상물의 판매 및 거래 조건(판매되는 중개대상물의 정보, 판매가격, 보증 및 할인 포함)에 관한 정보를 직접 등록하고 관리하여야 합니다.; 2. 판매자는 전항에 따라 등록한 거래 조건을 서비스 이용 수수료 및 기타 비용 등을 고려하여 스스로 결정할 수 있으며, 회사는 합리적인 사유 없이 거래 조건 결정 과정에 관여하지 않습니다. 다만, 회사는 판매자가 불이익을 입지 않도록 하기 위하여, 이용정책의 범위 내에서 합리적인 한도에서 거래 조건과 관련된 사항을 별도로 결정할 수 있습니다.; 3. 판매자는 회사가 제공하는 판매자 전용 시스템을 통해 중개대상물의 정보를 정확하게 입력·등록하고, 변경 사항이 있는 경우 지체 없이 수정·보완하여 최신 정보를 유지하여야 하며, 회사가 요청하는 관련 정보 또한 정확하게 제공하여야 합니다.; 4. 판매자는 중개대상물의 가격을 포함하여 수시로 변경될 수 있는 사항에 대한 데이터를 적절히 관리해야 합니다.; 5. 판매자는 오토위니 서비스를 이용하여 접촉한 구매자 또는 중개대상물에 대하여, 회사의 서비스를 통하지 않고 직접 판매하거나 구매를 유도하는 행위를 하여서는 안됩니다.; 6. 판매자는 중개대상물의 정보를 정확히 기재하고 신의성실한 고지의무를 지켜서 이를 구매하고자 하는 구매자에게 회사가 책임있는 중개서비스를 제공하는데 최대한 협조해야 합니다.; 7. 판매자는 사이트의 계정에 대한 관리 책임이 있으며, 어떠한 경우에도 본인의 계정을 타인에게 양도하거나 대여할 수 없습니다.; 8. 판매자는 제7조(수출중개서비스의 단계별 이용규약)를 성실히 이행하여야 하며, 판매 이후 구매고객으로부터 제기되는 클레임에 대해서는 제11조(품질하자 및 클레임의 보상처리)에 따라 해결하여야 합니다.; 9. 판매자는 대외무역법 제19조에 따른 수출허가 대상이거나 관련 법령상 해외 판매에 문제가 있는 중개대상물을 판매하거나 등록하여서는 안 됩니다.; 10. 판매자가 판매 전용 시스템을 사용하지 않고 제3자 프로그램을 통해 중개대상물을 등록하는 경우, 회사는 이로 인한 기술적·법적 문제에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않으며, 판매자는 그로부터 발생하는 모든 손해에 대한 책임을 부담합니다.; 11. 판매자가 본 조항에 명시된 의무를 이행하지 못하거나 파산, 폐업 및 기타 객관적으로 판매활동을 지속하기 어렵다고 판단되는 경우, 회사는 서비스 사용을 제한하거나 판매자 자격을 정지하거나, 본 약관의 서비스를 해지하거나 판매자에 대하여 기타 필요한 조치 등을 취할 수 있습니다. 그리고 회사가 입은 손해에 대하여 판매자에게 손해 배상을 청구할 수 있습니다.

제6조 수출중개서비스의 진행 절차: 1. 수출중개서비스는 아래와 같은 절차에 따라 진행됩니다. 각 단계별 세부적인 이용규약과 의무사항은 아래 각 호에 따르며, 이 외의 세부적인 운영 사항은 당시 상황과 업계의 통상적인 거래 관행에 따라 합리적으로 결정됩니다.
a. 1단계 : 판매자는 회사에 판매를 의뢰하고자 하는 중개대상물을 판매자 전용 시스템을 이용하여 사이트에 등록합니다. b. 2단계 : 회사는 등록된 중개대상물을 해외고객 데이터 베이스, SNS 채널, 광고 등을 활용하여 해외 가망 구매자에게 홍보합니다. c. 3단계 : 회사는 구매자의 문의와 요청사항을 신의성실 원칙에 따라 상담하고, 필요한 내용은 판매자에게 전달하여 답변을 받은 후 구매자에게 안내합니다. d. 4단계 : 회사는 구매 의사를 표시한 구매자에게 인보이스를 발송하고, 판매자에게 문자메시지로 발송 사실을 통보합니다. 판매자는 통보일로부터 3영업일 동안 해당 중개대상물을 다른 구매처에 판매할 수 없습니다. 판매자가 중개대상물을 이미 판매하여 회사와 약정된 구매자에게 판매할 수 없는 경우, 해당 판매자는 페널티를 부담하며, 페널티의 산정 및 보상 기준은 제7조(수출중개서비스의 단계별 이용규약)에 따릅니다. e. 5단계 : 회사는 구매자로부터 송금 영수증을 수령한 후, 그 수령 사실을 판매자에게 문자메시지로 통보합니다. 판매자는 통보일로부터 10영업일 동안 해당 중개대상물을 다른 구매처에 판매할 수 없습니다. 판매자가 중개대상물을 이미 판매하여 회사와 약정된 구매자에게 판매할 수 없는 경우, 해당 판매자는 페널티를 부담하며, 페널티의 산정 및 보상 기준은 제7조(수출중개서비스의 단계별 이용규약)에 따릅니다. f. 6단계 : 회사는 구매자로부터 대금을 입금받은 후, 그 입금 사실을 판매자에게 문자메시지로 통보합니다. g. 7단계 : 판매자는 수출 진행을 위해 거래내역 페이지에 중개대상물의 ‘수출신고필증’, ‘자동차말소등록사실증명서(또는 폐차인수증명서)’를 등록합니다. h. 8단계 : 회사는 중개대상물을 항구 또는 여타 선적을 위한 지정 장소로 입고하기 위하여 캐리어를 배차합니다. 배차거리가 기준보다 먼 경우, 회사는 판매자에게 추가 요금을 청구하거나, 판매자로 하여금 직접 배차하여 지정장소로 입고하도록 할 수 있습니다. i. 9단계 : 회사는 입고된 중개대상물의 상태를 확인하고 품질 검수를 진행합니다. 검수 결과의 합격 또는 불합격 여부를 판매자에게 통보하며, 불합격으로 판정된 경우에는 판매자에게 통보하고 해당 중개대상물의 거래를 취소하거나, 문제 해결을 위하여 수리 또는 보상 조치를 요청할 수 있습니다. 구체적인 페널티 적용은 제7조(수출중개서비스의 단계별 이용규약 (의무사항 및 페널티)) 및 당사자 협의에 따릅니다. 회사가 판매자에게 검수 결과를 통보한 후, 판매자가 통보일로부터 5영업일 이내에 별도의 이의 제기 또는 회신을 하지 않을 경우, 해당 검수결과에 대해 판매자가 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. j. 10단계 : 회사는 품질 검수에 합격한 중개대상물에 대해 판매대금을 판매자 지정 계좌로 지급합니다. k. 11단계 : 회사는 선복 예약 후 중개대상물의 선적을 진행합니다. 선적 완료 후에는 선하증권을 발급받습니다. l. 12단계 : 회사는 구매자에게 필요 서류와 선하증권 송부합니다. m. 13단계 : 회사는 중개대상물이 목적항에 도착한 이후 구매자로부터 품질 관련 클레임이 접수된 경우, 이를 접수하여 구매자와 상담한 후 제11조(품질하자 및 클레임의 보상처리)에 따라 보상합니다.

제7조 수출중개서비스의 단계별 이용규약 (의무사항 및 페널티): 1. 회사와 판매자는 수출중개서비스의 단계별 상세 내용을 이해하고, 각 행동 지침을 성실히 이행합니다. 각 단계별 행동 지침은 아래 각 호와 항을 따릅니다.
a. 중개대상물의 인보이스 발송 단계
i.  회사는 중개대상물의 인보이스 발송 단계에서 판매자에게 인보이스 발송 사실을 문자메시지로 통보하고, 사이트 내 위탁 거래내역에 해당 중개대상물의 상태를 ‘STEP1 인보이스 발송’으로 표시합니다.
b. 중개대상물의 송금영수증 확인 단계
i.  회사는 중개대상물의 송금영수증 확인 단계에서 판매자에게 송금영수증 확인 상황을 문자메시지로 통보하고, 사이트 내 위탁 거래내역에 해당 중개대상물의 상태를 ‘STEP2 송금영수증 확인’으로 표시합니다. ii.  판매자는 회사가 송금영수증 확인 문자메시지를 발송한 날을 포함한 10영업일 동안 해당 중개대상물을 다른 곳으로 판매할 수 없으며, 이를 위반할 경우 회사에 $500의 페널티를 배상해야 합니다.
c. 중개대상물의 입금 확인 단계
i.  회사는 중개대상물의 입금 확인 단계에서 판매자에게 입금 확인 상황을 문자메시지로 통보하고, 사이트 내 위탁 거래내역에 해당 중개대상물의 상태를 ‘STEP3 입금 확인’으로 표시합니다. ii.  판매자는 회사가 입금 확인 문자메시지를 수신한 날로부터 해당 중개대상물을 다른 곳으로 판매할 수 없으며, 이를 위반할 경우 회사에 $1000의 페널티를 배상해야 합니다.
d. 중개대상물의 서류 등록 단계
i.  판매자는 거래내역 페이지에 해당 중개대상물의 ‘수출신고필증’, ‘자동차말소등록사실증명서(또는 폐차인수증명서)’를 등록합니다. ii.  판매자는 원활한 수출 진행을 위해 회사가 추가적으로 서류를 요청할 경우에 성실히 준비하여 제출합니다. iii.  해당 서류가 미비하여 거래가 불발될 경우 회사에 $1,000의 페널티를 배상해야 합니다.
e. 중개대상물의 차량 검수 단계
i.  판매자는 지정한 장소에 중개대상물을 청결하고 선적에 문제가 없는 상태로 입고해야 하며, 오토위니의 검수 이후 불합격 사유가 발견된 때에는 페널티 기준에 맞춰 해당 페널티를 배상해야 합니다.
1.  쉬핑마크 미부착 : USD 30 2.  쓰레기 적재 및 불청결 : USD 30 3.  연료 부족 : USD 30 4.  차량 반출비용 : USD 50, 트럭/버스 : USD 300

f. 중개대상물의 입금 확인 단계 이후
i.  판매자는 중개대상물에 대한 대금을 회사로부터 지급받은 날부터 구매자가 중개대상물을 인도받을 때까지 중개대상물의 상태가 등록한 정보와 일치되도록 최선을 다해야 하며, 정보 불일치로 인해 문제가 발생할 경우, 이에 대한 책임을 집니다; 2. 이 밖에 판매자의 과실로 상기 조치사항을 이행할 수 없는 경우, 그에 대한 모든 책임은 판매자에 있고, 제11조(품질하자 및 클레임의 보상처리)에 따라 보상해야 하며, 제7조(판매자 금지항목 및 제한규정)에 따라 서비스 사용이 제한됩니다.

제8조 판매대금의 지급: 1. 판매자는 차량이 판매된 경우 대금 지급을 신청할 수 있으며, 회사가 지정한 요건이 충족된 경우에 한하여 대금이 지급됩니다. 회사가 지정한 요건은 다음과 같습니다.
a. 중개대상물의 ‘수출신고필증’ 및 ‘자동차말소등록사실증명서(또는 폐차인수증명서)’를 회사가 지정한 방식에 따라 업로드하여야 합니다.
i. 수출신고금액은 회사가 발행한 인보이스 총액과 일치하여야 합니다. ii. 업로드한 서류의 정보는 정확해야 하며, 서류는 식별 가능한 화질로 제출하여야 합니다.
b. 중개대상물에는 회사가 정한 기준에 따른 쉬핑마크 및 컨디션 리포트가 부착되어야 합니다. c. 중개대상물이 회사가 지정한 장소로 입고되어야 합니다. d. 중개대상물이 회사의 기준에 따른 품질 검수에 합격하여야 합니다.; 2. 제1항의 요건이 확인되면, 회사는 판매자가 지정한 계좌로 판매대금을 지급합니다. 다만, 지급 시에는 제10조(서비스 이용 수수료(진행실비))에 명시된 서비스 이용 수수료를 공제한 금액이 지급됩니다. 공제 후 실제 지급되는 판매대금은 판매자가 광고게시물 등록 시 확인할 수 있습니다.; 3. 판매자가 폐업한 경우, 회사는 해당 판매자가 오토위니를 통해 중개대상물을 판매하는 행위를 금지하며, 폐업 이후 판매된 중개대상물에 대한 판매대금을 정산하지 않습니다.; 4. 판매자가 사업자등록을 말소한 경우 회사는 사업자등록 말소일을 폐업일로 간주하여 동조 제3항을 적용할 수 있습니다. 또한, 판매자가 폐업일보다 앞서 사업자등록을 말소하는 등의 행위를 하여 회사가 서비스 이용 수수료에 관한 세금계산서를 적절히 발행하지 못한 경우, 회사는 이로 인하여 부과받을 가산세 상당액을 판매대금에서 차감하고 정산할 수 있습니다.

제9조 판매대금의 환불: 1. 제8조(판매대금의 지급)에 따른 대금 지급 이후에도 다음 각 호의 사유가 발생한 경우, 판매자는 회사로부터 지급받은 대금을 전액 환불하여야 합니다.
a. 입고된 중개대상물에서 사전에 고지되지 않은 문제, 심각한 결함 또는 하자가 발견되어 선적이 불가능한 경우 b. 입고된 중대대상물이 광고된 상품 또는 접수된 서류와 상이한 경우 c. 판매자의 귀책사유로 인하여 오토위니 이용이 중단된 경우; 2. 판매자는 제11조(품질하자 및 클레임의 보상처리)에 따라 판매대금뿐만 아니라 운임 등 추가 비용에 대한 배상을 요구받을 수 있으며, 관련 사항은 제11조에 따라 처리됩니다.

제10조 서비스 이용 수수료(진행실비)

1. 회사는 판매자에 대한 서비스 제공에 필요한 비용, 시장 상황, 거래 유형, 중개대상물의 품목 및 거래 방식 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 오토위니 서비스 이용 수수료를 책정할 수 있습니다.

2. 회사는 중개대상물이 거래될 경우, 해당 중개대상물의 카테고리와 가격 구간에 따라 아래 표에 명시된 진행실비(이하 “진행실비”라 함)를 청구합니다. 판매자는 중개대상물이 판매된 후, 판매대금에서 진행실비가 공제된 금액을 지급받으며, 회사는 이를 판매자의 지정 계좌로 입금합니다.

3. 위 표에 명시되지 않은 카테고리의 중개대상물에 대한 진행실비는 회사와 판매자 간의 협의를 통해 별도로 책정할 수 있습니다.

4. 회사는 거래일자의 환율을 적용하여, 진행실비에 대한 세금계산서를 판매자 명의로 발행합니다.

5. 회사는 물가, 경비, 인건비 인상 등 운영 환경의 변화에 따라 필요한 경우 서비스 이용 수수료를 신규로 설정하거나 변경할 수 있으며, 서비스 유형별로 수수료의 계산 및 수취 방법을 달리 정할 수 있습니다.

6. 제5항에 따라 서비스 이용 수수료를 신규로 설정하거나 변경하는 경우, 회사는 변경 예정일 30일 이전에 통지합니다. 변경된 기준은 기존 계약기간 중이거나 이미 진행 중인 거래에는 적용되지 않으며, 다음 갱신기간부터, 또는 판매자의 별도 동의가 있는 경우에만 적용됩니다.

7. 회사는 판매자의 수수료에 영향을 미치는 프로모션을 진행할 수 있으며, 이 경우 해당 내용을 판매자에게 통보하고, 참여 의사를 명시적으로 밝힌 판매자 또는 판매자의 중개대상물에 한하여 프로모션을 적용합니다.

제11조 클레임 배상 기준

1. 중개대상물에 대한 정보의 오기입으로 발생하는 모든 문제에 대한 책임은 판매자에게 있습니다.

2. 클레임은 원칙적으로 목적항 도착일로부터 14일 이내에 사진, 영상, 정비견적서 등 합리적인 증빙과 함께 제기되어야 합니다. 일반 마모, 소모품 교체, 운송 중 발생 손상, 인도 후 사용으로 인한 손상은 판매자의 책임에서 제외합니다.

3. [클레임 배상 기준] 표의 항목에 해당하는 문제가 발생한 경우, 판매자는 표에서 정한 배상 기준에 따라 배상합니다. 표에 없는 문제가 발생했을 시에는 판매자 - 바이어간 중재에 따라 협의된 금액을 배상해야 합니다.

4. 배상 기준이 변경되는 경우, 오토위니는 변경 30일 전까지 이를 통지합니다. 변경된 기준은 기존 계약기간 중이거나 이미 진행 중인 거래에는 적용되지 않으며, 다음 갱신기간부터 또는 판매자의 별도 동의가 있는 경우에만 적용됩니다.

제12조 광고게시물의 제공: 1. 판매자는 중개대상물의 판매를 위해 필요한 광고게시물을 회사에 제공하여야 합니다.; 2. 판매자는 제공한 광고게시물이 실제 중개대상물에 관한 정보이며, 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않고 관련 법령을 위반하지 않음을 보증합니다.; 3. 회사는 중개대상물 정보의 효과적인 전달, 판매자의 판매 촉진, 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 효과적인 운영·문제 해결 및 개선을 위해 광고게시물을 사용할 수 있습니다.; 4. 회사는 광고게시물을 온라인 사이트(유·무선 웹 서비스, 모바일 웹, 어플리케이션 포함) 및 검색엔진, SNS, 해외 고객 데이터베이스 등 프로모션 목적으로 노출할 수 있으며, 필요한 범위 내에서 수정·복제·편집할 수 있으며, 이 경우 저작권법을 준수합니다.; 5. 회사가 지정한 광고게시물 가이드라인(이미지, 상품명, 상품 속성 등)에 따라 게시물이 제작되는 경우, 해당 컨텐츠는 동일 상품을 대표하는 게시물로 사용되며, 판매자가 가이드라인을 위반할 경우 회사는 약관 및 정책에 따라 게시물 수정, 노출 중단 등 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.; 6. 판매자가 등록한 광고게시물이 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 판매자의 광고 이용이 제한되며, 해당하는 광고게시물은 삭제 처리됩니다.
a. 차량 사진에 문구, 이미지 등 인위적인 편집이 가해진 경우 b. 차량 사진에 타 사이트 로고 등 기타 정보가 포함된 경우 c. 차량 사진에 연락처(SNS, 전화번호, 이메일 등)가 포함된 경우 d. 차량이 이미 판매되거나 소유하지 않은 허위매물을 등록한 경우 e. 광고에 노출된 차량 정보가 실제 차량 정보와 상이한 경우 f. 시장 평균가 대비 현저히 낮은 가격으로 광고하여 소비자 오인 가능성이 있는 경우 g. 광고게시물에 사실이 아닌 내용을 작성한 경우; 7. 판매자는 광고게시물이 본 조의 목적 외로 사용되거나 부적절하게 사용된 경우, 이메일 등으로 회사에 의견을 제기할 수 있으며, 회사는 이에 대한 적절한 절차를 마련하여 처리합니다.

제13조 계약기간: 1. 수출중개서비스의 계약기간은 판매자가 신청서 및 사용계약서를 제출하고, 회사에 보증금 입금이 완료된 날을 사용기간의 개시일로 합니다.; 2. 계약기간은 1년으로 하며, 당사자 일방이 계약 종료 의사를 표시하지 않는 한 동일한 조건으로 1년 단위로 자동 연장됩니다. 다만, 계약기간 내 판매자의 임의 해지 또는 판매자의 귀책사유로 계약이 종료되는 경우, 이미 납부한 보증금은 반환되지 않습니다.

제14조 계약의 종료: 1. 회사는 다음과 같은 사유가 발생하거나 확인될 경우, 계약기간 중이라 하더라도 수출중개서비스 계약을 해지할 수 있으며 가입 시 납부한 보증금은 반환되지 않습니다.
a. 판매자가 제7조(수출중개서비스의 단계별 이용규약)에 따른 의무를 성실히 이행하지 않거나, 이용규약을 위반하여 회사가 더 이상 서비스 제공이 어렵다고 판단할 때 b. 판매자가 정확한 상품 정보를 제공하지 않거나, 팔린 매물 정보를 삭제하지 않은 경우 c. 판매자가 제공한 거래대상물 정보 또는 증빙자료가 허위이거나, 회사가 요청하는 필수 증빙자료를 제공하지 않은 경우 d. 판매자가 본 계약 체결 후 정당한 사유없이 상시 게재 중인 중개대상물 수가 3개월 연속 5대 미만일 경우 e. 판매자가 고의적으로 차량의 부품을 교환 또는 제거하거나 중개대상물 내에 쓰레기를 적재한 경우 f. 판매자가 제11조(품질하자 및 클레임의 보상처리)에 따른 클레임 처리 의무를 이행하지 않아 서비스 신뢰도를 저하시킨 경우 g. 판매자가 제5조(판매자의 의무와 책임)을 위반하거나 위반을 시도한 경우 h. 판매자가 광고비를 2개월 이상 연체한 경우 i. 판매자가 서비스 진행을 방해하는 행위 또는 시도를 한 경우 j. 판매자가 타인의 권리, 명예, 신용 기타 정당한 이익을 침해하거나 대한민국 법령 또는 공서양속을 위반한 경우 k. 회사가 합리적 판단에 따라 서비스 제공을 거부할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 경우; 2. 회사가 판매자의 과실로 계약을 해지하는 경우, 이메일, 팩스, 대면, 유선통화, 문자 등 적절한 방식으로 해지 사유를 통보하며, 통보 시점에 계약은 종료됩니다. 회사는 필요에 따라 판매자에게 해지 사유에 대한 의견 진술 기회를 부여할 수 있습니다.; 3. 계약 해지 시에도 진행 중인 중개 건이 있는 경우, 판매자와 회사는 거래 완결을 위해 최선을 다합니다. 판매자가 진행 중인 거래 완결 책임을 다하지 않아 회사 또는 해외 고객이 피해를 입은 경우, 판매자는 회사 또는 해외 고객이 입은 실제 피해 금액 전액을 보상합니다. 또한, 피해로 인해 발생한 부대비용을 청구할 수 있습니다.; 4. 계약이 종료되고 진행 중인 중개 거래 건이 모두 완결된 이후에 판매자는 회사에게 보증금 환급을 신청할 수 있습니다. 이 때 회사는 판매자와의 거래 건이 모두 정상적으로 종료되었는지 확인한 후 판매자에게 보증금을 환급합니다. 만일 판매자의 문제로 인해 계약이 비정상적으로 종료된 경우 회사는 판매자가 요청한 보증금의 환급을 유보할 수 있습니다. 회사는 판매자의 미납이용료, 미납 페널티 또는 기타 미납액을 확인하여 해당 금액만큼 보증금에서 공제한 뒤 지급할 수 있습니다.; 5. 계약 종료 시 회사는 판매자의 요청이 있을 경우, 기술적으로 가능한 범위 내에서 판매자가 사이트에 등록한 상품 정보, 사진, 동영상 등 자료를 계약 종료일로부터 30일 이내에 삭제하거나 반환합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 자료는 예외로 합니다. 자료의 삭제 또는 반환에 관한 구체적 절차와 예외 사유는 상호 협의하여 정합니다.

제15조 개별계약: 1. 판매자와 회사는 본 약관과 동일한 내용으로 별도의 특약을 체결할 수 있으며, 특약에는 본 약관의 내용 외에 일부 항목을 추가할 수 있습니다.; 2. 특약은 서면 또는 전자문서로 체결되어야 하며, 체결된 범위 내에서 본 약관보다 우선 적용됩니다.; 3. 특약의 내용과 범위는 당사자 간 합의에 따라 별도로 정하며, 양 당사자는 합의된 내용을 성실히 이행해야 합니다.v; 4. 특약의 체결·변경·해지 및 효력 발생 시점에 관한 사항은 별도로 합의한 조건에 따릅니다.; 5. 특약과 본 약관 사이에 해석상 차이가 있는 경우, 특약에서 명시적으로 정한 사항이 우선 적용됩니다.

제16조 기타 사항: 1. 본 약관의 해석과 적용에 관하여는 대한민국 법령을 적용합니다.; 2. 본 약관과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 상호 신뢰를 바탕으로 원만히 해결하기로 합니다. 그러나 합의가 이루어지지 아니하여 소송을 제기할 경우 이를 심판할 제1심 관할법원은 서울중앙법원으로 합니다.

본 약관은 2026년 4월 1일부터 시행합니다.

Autowini “Buy it Safely!” terms & conditions(Buyer)

Article 1. [Purpose]

These terms & conditions (Hereinafter, “Terms”) were created for the purpose of settling basic terms for buyers interested in the "Buy it Safely" service offered by Autowini.

Article 2. [Use of Service]

1. The buyer must follow the terms in the usage of the mentioned service, and in the event that the buyer does not cooperate with the terms, the right to use Buy it Safely! will be terminated.
2. Autowini may configure usage terms regarding the transactions involved with Buy it Safely!, and the buyer's usage of the service is restricted to the standards set by Autowini.

Article 3. [Trade Conditions]

1. Autowini's Buy it Safely! condition of payment is a 100% transfer by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)
2. When uploading a product through Buy it Safely, the exact selling price within FOB conditions must be inserted.

Article 4. [Payment to Seller]

1. The buyer must confirm the purchase within 48 hours after the invoiceis sent.
An invoice without confirmation/denial will be considered invalid and the trade will be cancelled.
2. The transfer amount must not be more or less than the listed price of the product.
3. Autowini has right to cancel a transaction if there is a problem with the transaction process.
(e.g. Buyer's inaction, deposit problems, etc.)
4. Autowini keeps the deposit transferred from the buyer regarding it as product payment until the documents confirming embarkment are received.

Article 5. [Cancellation Policy]

1. If the Buyer decides to cancel the purchase after making the transfer, a fine equivalent to 20% of the FOB value of the invoice will be applied, the minimum amount being USD 500.
2. Booking will be canceled if Autowini does not receive the money in the next 7 days after the transfer receipt is sent to the Autowini staff or has been uploaded on the Autowini webpage.
3. If the payment is not completed within 30 days from the date of profoma invoice issued, the booking will automatically be canceled and the money will be refunded after the USD 500 penalty deduction per vehicle.

Article 6. [Autowini’s Exemption of Liability]

1. Autowini is only an arbitrator between the buyer and the seller, and is not responsible for any direct or indirect transaction problems or damages that arise between them in regards to the Buy it Safely! service.
2. Autowini is a marketplace that allows users to offer, sell, and buy products. The items listed on our website are not in our possession. All content included in or made available through Autowini's service, such as item information, photos, videos, condition report, explanation, and etc., is provided by sellers. Therefore, sellers assume all responsibilities or liabilities for the actions, products, and content.
3. Autowini is not responsible for any damage or scratches that may happen at the port.
4. Autowini is not responsible for any damage caused by natural disasters
(earthquakes, warfare, communicational disruptions, floods, typhoons, etc.)

Article 7. [Applicable Laws]

The interpretation and application of these terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea.
