The prices listed by sellers on AutoWini.com may exclude sales tax or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular item. Though we hope that all who come to AutoWini.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information of sellers supply or guarantee the items they offer. When using this website to find a buyer for your item or an item you can buy, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would use in selling an item.

In connection with our efforts to combat Internet fraud, some listings may be screened before being posted publicly. This process may delay display of your listing. We may also screen some email messages sent to sellers about items listed on AutoWini.com. If it appears that your email message has not reached the seller of the item you're inquiring about, you might try inquiring by telephone if the seller has provided a telephone number.

When you offer an item for sale through AutoWini.com, you must be prepared to sell that item at the price at which, and the terms on which, you've listed it. You must have possession of the actual item listed. To list an item for sale on AutoWini.com, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any item listed for sale on AutoWini.com, nor may you use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service.

You cannot edit your item's Year, Make, Model or VIN once you've purchased your ad. Always double-check this information before submitting your ad.

When you list an item for sale, we may obtain additional distribution for your listing through our relationships with other websites. Neither AutoWini.com nor any website through which we distribute your listing will charge you any additional fee for this additional exposure. It's just added value from AutoWini.com.

Responsibility for the information contained in each listing lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all email messages transmitted through AutoWini.com. Nothing will undermine a user's confidence in the item you're looking to sell faster than inaccurate statements or misleading representations about the item. And since any erosion of user confidence in you is likely to be accompanied by erosion of user confidence in us, we care deeply about making sure that the information you supply is accurate and that, in all respects, you treat AutoWini.com users fairly and honorably.

Though we can't monitor every transaction that originates through a listing on AutoWini.com, we may perform random quality assurance tests to confirm that those who offer items for sale over AutoWini.com are prepared to sell the items they advertise at the prices at which, and the terms on which, they advertise them. By using our service, you agree to cooperate in these random quality assurance tests. If our tests reveal, or we otherwise learn, that a seller is engaging in "bait and switch" or other unfair or deceptive practices, AutoWini.com reserves the right to deny that seller use of our service.

By placing an ad on AutoWini.com, you agree to pay the fees specified for the package you select, regardless of whether your item sells as a result of the listing. Take care in selecting your ad package and inputting your ad information; listing fees are generally not refundable, even if you provide erroneous information or fail to sell your item.

Neither AutoWini.com nor the manufacturer is responsible for the accuracy of any information contained in an item listing and only the manufacturer or dealer that certifies an item is responsible for the decision to certify that item.

3. Links to Other Sites: For your convenience, we make available a variety of links to other websites that we don't operate where you can obtain automotive related products and services. Although we encourage you to consult such websites, we cannot guarantee the prices, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products or services provided by these vendors. AutoWini.com is not responsible for the products or services these vendors provide. If you choose to purchase an inspection through such a third-party website, remember that an inspection is not a warranty. Although inspections can be of significant value in the purchase of a pre-owned item, an inspection is not a guarantee that the inspected item is free from defects or that the inspectors have identified all existing defects. You are responsible for coordinating and arranging for the inspection. You release AutoWini.com and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of third-party supplied products and services.

Although we may power some of these dealer websites, we are not responsible for any of the content that appears on these sites, including, without limitation, promotional contests and sweepstakes offers. 6. Registration: To obtain access to certain AutoWini.com services, you will be given an opportunity to register with AutoWini.com. As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person. We reserve the right to disallow use of user name that we deem offensive or inappropriate. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and for all actions of persons accessing AutoWini.com through any username/password assigned to you. You will notify AutoWini.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.

7. Delete Account: User can choose Delete Account to withdraw their membership and the automated emails will be stopped.

8. Deregistration and stoppage of Member's ID: If user corresponds to either of the following, AutoWini.com will stop the service and delete the membership immediately without notifying the user beforehand. AutoWini.com reserves the right to refuse their use of service in the future. AutoWini.com shall not be liable to you for the disadvantages or damages that may be caused from deleting the membership of this user.

When AutoWini.com figures that user's registration is not the user oneself.

When the registered information is false.

When user violate this agreement or other agreement of AutoWini.com, and when user acts against law or does anything illegally.

When user disagrees with the agreement.

Other cases that AutoWini.com figures not proper.

9. Validity of this Agreement: Even after user's registration has been cancelled, in the relation to AutoWini.com, user accepts the application and validity of this agreement.

10. Miscellaneous: No spamming or data scraping. We want potential buyers visiting AutoWini.com to feel free to share their email addresses with those listing items for sale on our site. By listing an item for sale on this site, you agree to use the email addresses of those responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential sale of that item. By using this website, you agree not to use information concerning other users of AutoWini.com, or the items they've listed or searched for on this website (including listing information, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or other information), for any purpose other than to explore the potential purchase or sale of a listed item.

Autowini “Buy it Safely!” terms & conditions(Seller)

1. Purpose

The following Terms of Use (“TOU”) defines your responsibility for the use of intermediary trade service (“Buy it Safely!”) that Autowini.com (“Autowini”) provides to you.

2. Effect and Range

1. These TOU will be effective as you agree to “Buy it Safely!” TOU, which apperas when you register your item on our system, and begin advertising your item.
2.These TOU is applied to the whole process of using “Buy it Safely!” service, and you should comply with these TOU to use “Buy it Safely!” service.
3. If you violate these TOU, Autowini may limit your use of “Buy it Safely!” service and other Autowini systems.

3. Responsibility

1. You should upload your item with a precise description, and should report to Autowini or delete the item when the item is sold out.
2. Autowini may delete or restrict photos and information irrelevant to the item itself
3. You should inform buyers about the status of your item as much precisely and thoroughly as you can, so that you can sell online without any difficulty. To do so, you should fill in “Condition Report” form that Autowini provides to you and buyers.

4. Payment

1. When your item is sold through Autowini, you can request your payment after fulfilling all of the following conditions.

- Presenting a cancellation of vehicle registration certificate, and an export declaration completion certificate
- Applying shipping mark and Condition report on the item
- Delivering the item into the designated place
2. Once the above conditions are met, Autowini transfer payment to your designated account. Here, the payment includes actual cost deduction.
3. Actual cost will be issued with tax invoice.

5. Refund of payment

1. Even after payment is done, you should refund all payments received to Autowini when following cases happen
- Unnotified problem, severe malfunction or damages are found in the warehoused item
- Delivered item differs from the advertised item, or submitted documents
- When use of Autowini service was ceased due to your fault.

6. Compensation for flaws and claims

1. As a seller, it is your responsibility to resolve a claim or a dispute caused by the difference between the status of the item received by buyer and the condition report composed by you.
2. You should resolve a claim or a dispute with the utmost effort, and should suggest a reasonable compensation that the buyer can accept. Autowini can arbitrate in the dispute between you and the buyer so that we can amicably resolve the dispute.
3.If it is impossible to resolve the dispute, you should compensate to the fullest extent permitted under “Maximum compensation limit guideline”.

7. Actual cost

1. You should cover the minimum actual cost per each “Buy it Safely!” deal. The following is the minimum actual cost table.
2. Autowini trasfers payment that includes minimum actual cost deduction to you, and the actual cost will be issued with tax invoice
3. You and Autowini will negotiate the actual cost when an item that is not listed below is traded.

8. Limit of use

1. Autowini can limit your use of “Buy it safely” service and other Autowini systems if you are neglect your responsibility in these TOU, or have been claimed for more than or equal to 3 times.
2. Autowini can limit your use of “Buy it safely” service and other Autowini systems if you are involved in a civil case, criminal case, or any serious matter of business that is related or unrelated to Autowini which may affect our business relationship.

9. Applicable law

Law of South Korea is applied for understanding and applying these TOU.

Autowini “Buy it Safely!” terms & conditions(Buyer)

Article 1. [Purpose]

These terms & conditions (Hereinafter, “Terms”) were created for the purpose of settling basic terms for buyers interested in the "Buy it Safely" service offered by Autowini.

Article 2. [Use of Service]

1. The buyer must follow the terms in the usage of the mentioned service, and in the event that the buyer does not cooperate with the terms, the right to use Buy it Safely! will be terminated.
2. Autowini may configure usage terms regarding the transactions involved with Buy it Safely!, and the buyer's usage of the service is restricted to the standards set by Autowini.

Article 3. [Trade Conditions]

1. Autowini's Buy it Safely! condition of payment is a 100% transfer by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)
2. When uploading a product through Buy it Safely, the exact selling price within FOB conditions must be inserted.

Article 4. [Payment to Seller]

1. The buyer must confirm the purchase within 48 hours after the invoiceis sent.
An invoice without confirmation/denial will be considered invalid and the trade will be cancelled.
2. The transfer amount must not be more or less than the listed price of the product.
3. Autowini has right to cancel a transaction if there is a problem with the transaction process.
(e.g. Buyer's inaction, deposit problems, etc.)
4. Autowini keeps the deposit transferred from the buyer regarding it as product payment until the documents confirming embarkment are received.

Article 5. [Cancellation Policy]

1. If the Buyer decides to cancel the purchase after making the transfer, a fine equivalent to 20% of the FOB value of the invoice will be applied, the minimum amount being USD 500.
2. Booking will be canceled if Autowini does not receive the money in the next 7 days after the transfer receipt is sent to the Autowini staff or has been uploaded on the Autowini webpage.
3. If the payment is not completed within 30 days from the date of profoma invoice issued, the booking will automatically be canceled and the money will be refunded after the USD 500 penalty deduction per vehicle.

Article 6. [Autowini’s Exemption of Liability]

1. Autowini is only an arbitrator between the buyer and the seller, and is not responsible for any direct or indirect transaction problems or damages that arise between them in regards to the Buy it Safely! service.
2. Autowini is a marketplace that allows users to offer, sell, and buy products. The items listed on our website are not in our possession. All content included in or made available through Autowini's service, such as item information, photos, videos, condition report, explanation, and etc., is provided by sellers. Therefore, sellers assume all responsibilities or liabilities for the actions, products, and content.
3. Autowini is not responsible for any damage or scratches that may happen at the port.
4. Autowini is not responsible for any damage caused by natural disasters
(earthquakes, warfare, communicational disruptions, floods, typhoons, etc.)

Article 7. [Applicable Laws]

The interpretation and application of these terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea.
