Q. How do I buy cars?
Once you search for the car you like, you have 2 options. - Buy Now : Pay for the car immediately, no risk of others paying for your car first. (loosing your car to others) - Booking Request : Submit the booking request and our staff will book the car for you. However, the car could be sold to others during the process.

Q. When I buy from Autowini, what does the price include?
Car price and Shipping price. Any other cost that you might incur as you import the vehicle is not included.

Q. Do I have to register? How?
You have to register to purchase a vehicle. Sign-up for Free

Q. Can I visit Autowini office to see the car?
Unfortunately, we do not have them in our office. Autowini do not own the cars, the sellers have them in different locations around the country. You can come consult with us and buy it online together.

Q. How do I know if the car I pick is ok for my country?
We have a import regulation guide for many countries, but you must check with your local authorities or importers for accuracy. Autowini does not guarantee the vehicle's compliance on each country's import regulation. Country Guide

Q. How can I pay?
All payments must be done via Bank Transfer. If you charge your Autowini My Wallet, you can pay immediately. Learn about My Wallet Autowini Account Numbers

Q. Is my payment safe?
Yes, 100% safe and guaranteed. Autowini do not send money to the seller until we receive your car from the seller to our own yard, and finish the pre-delivery inspection.

Q. How do I cancel an order?
To cancel your booking or payment, you must talk to your assigned Autowini CS staff immediately. Please message them with urgency.

Q. Is there vehicle inspection service?
Yes, we have an inspection service. Our inspection service, will provide you with more details of the car, lots of photos and videos, including photos of outer panel problems, such as reporting of replaced and repainted panels. Measuring paint thickness can be provided upon request as well. Click for Inspection Service

Q. How do I check the condition of the car?
- Check carefully the detailed photos and videos we provide. Especially watch the video thoroughly which shows the engine's sound and option's working status. - Check the available reports such as "VIN Check", "Condition Report", "Inspection Report" by clicking the icons like shown below. Available report may vary depending on vehicle, but we advise you check all reports available.

Q. What is an IC number and how do I find it?
Every vehicle in Autowini has an item number called "IC number". It can be found on top of every car page.

Q. Can I get the paint thickness checked of the vehicle?
Yes, you can ask us inspection service! Please request to Customer Support team.

Q. How do I check the history of the vehicle?
Check the "VIN check" and "Featured Information" shown in the car page. They show whether the car has any special record such as flood damage, total loss, theft record, taxi & rental car history, and more. These "Featured information" are available exclusively at Autowini.
Receiving the Car

Q. How do I clear the car in my country?
You must find a local customs clearing agency or importer who can handle this for you. If you need extra help, contact us to see if we have someone available to refer to you.

Q. What about customs tax, fee, and other local cost?
Autowini cost includes Car price + Shipping only. Please consult with your local customs clearance to find out how much cost you might incur, and how to pay them.

Q. What do I do if the car's condition is different from what I saw in the page?
You can submit a claim within 14 days upon arrival. Make sure you do not disassemble or repair. Take pictures and videos of the problem in details and file a claim at "My Order" page, Autowini's claim manager will start the process.

How to ship a vehicle

Q. What is CFR?
CFR stands for "Cost-and-Freight". Basically, you are paying for shipping cost along with your car purchase. This is most precise, simple, and often, cheapest way of shipping out your car. Autowini CFR prices are best in the industry, as we have the volume required to ship lots of cars with better pricing.

Q. What is FOB?
FOB stands for "Free-on-Board". When this method is used in Autowini, you are not paying for the shipping, just the car purchase. You will have to arrange your own shipping, and pay later when the car is to arrive at your port. One caution to be aware of is that the shipping cost might increase by the time your boat reaches your port or might not be as good offer as Autowini can offer, as we have the capacity to ship in scale.

Q. What is EXW?
EXW, or Ex Works, is a shipping arrangement in which you arrange everything. From finding your own shipping lines, prices, documentation, local transportation locations, and more. This option should be selected only if you have solid contact point and solution for each and every step to deliver your car to the port of your choice.

Q. What is consolidation?
Usually, when shipping out sedans and SUVs, or smaller trucks, anywhere between 2~5 cars can fit inside one full container. Consolidation is an option where you only pay for one space within the container. For example, if the container fits 4 cars, and you buy one car, you pay for 25% of the total full container price(your spot). This is a very efficient way of shipping your vehicle out where RORO options are not available, or if you are shipping out multiple cars in a container.

Q. How long does the shipping take?
Usually, it takes around 1~3 months from the departure in South Korea. Autowini works with all major shipping lines for fastest possible shipping.
