- - I remember that we once sold an FX212 to a Filipino buyer. The bus cost about $25,000, and they paid in full within 10 days after our first contact. we were very pleased about their prompt action.

- - It is the S300 we exported to Vietnam because it was the first time we exported with an open-container.
- 3. What activities do you do through Autowini in order to meet good buyers?
- - Because we meet our buyers online, I often call them myself to establish trust. We also export equipment that is in top condition and we respond immediatley to our customers’ claims.

- - We postponed the meeting with a buyer from Cote d'Ivoire, that we met through Autowini, due to our overseas business trip. However, they came to our office anyway without any prior notice.

- - I have met various buyers from Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa and so on.

- - It was a buyer from Latin America, he knew that a buyer from the same country bought a good bus through Autowini and contacted me directly and asked if I am still exporting buses.
- 3. What activities do you do through Autowini in order to meet good buyers?
- - When the cars come out, I go look at them in person without going through the dealer and upload the photos. I believe it must look good to me then it will it will also look good to the buyer. I don't recommend cars that are not good, I try to send only cars that are in really good condition.

- - It was a Noble in 2012 and it was sold for $130,000. Once the buyer received the car he was very satisfied and even now we still do business with this buyer.

- - I have met buyers form Pakistan, Egypt and Vietnam.
- 2. Could you tell us about the most momemorable buyer you have ever met from Autowini?
- - I remember an inquiry that came through BIS from a buyer in Seychelles. Generally, the braker is not included in the bucket set but the braker appeared in the picture so he requested me to send them together and we quarreled about that. After, I agreed to send them together and sent an invoice but until now he hasn't made the deposit.
I hope that in 2017 the buyer will surely make a purchase.
- 3. What activities do you do through Autowini in order to meet good buyers?
- - I frequently upgrade registered items and upload a video of the excavator operating so it can be inspected carefully.
- 4. How many products do you register per day on Autowini?
- - At least 2 items are registered and uploaded together with their video. Most of them are mini excavators.

- - We are a mini excavator dealer in Korea. With about 200 items, we rent, and sell new and used items. The mini excavator institute has also been operating together with us, raising awareness in the domestic mini excavator industry.

He was a missionary who was living in South Korea. He was returning to his home country Zimbabwe and he wanted to buy a used car so he purchased a Starex from our company.
This case was special since Zimbabwe doesn't have a coast so I remember paying close attention to inland transportation.

I was so happy because it was my first time exporting online.

- - I take cars outside and take photos and all of the vehicles are listed with BIS service in order to make safe transactions possible.

- - There was one customer, named Camilo, from Guatemala. He was really interested in the cars that I had uploaded on Autowini. He was more friendly and he had great confidence in my cars.
So it made our transaction easier and we were all happy with the transaction.

- - First of all, we check the cars that our buyers inquired about, then we analyze the merits of the car and the price on Autowini. After buying the same model car, I list the car at a good price.
I take nice videos and photos after commercializing those cars. If there is any sign of corrosion or a bad engine on the cars, I do not list the cars. I take the photos at the same place and I wrote my success story on Autowini.com

- - After one month I sold a Tucson(Manual) for the first time.

- - One latin American buyer left us an inquiry saying that he wanted to import a car. I asked him why he wanted to import only one car. He then explained to me that he works in the construction industry and since it's low paying, he wanted to start his new life as a car dealer. I really loved his honesty with me so I took even more care of the car than usual before sending it. After one month he sent me a photo of the car he imported for the first time. He told me several times he appreciates me sending him such a nice car.

- - There is no such a thing as a good person, or a bad person. I was just being humane and sincere to whomever contacted me. One of my unique strengths is my ability to speak spanish which helped me communicate with the buyers more transparently. I mainly made phone calls but when it was possible I used video chat.
