Payment Due Date Policy Change from 19th June

Dear customers, We'd like to to inform you about an important update regarding our payment due date policy, effective from 19th June, 2023 Here are the key changes :

1. Local Time Application

Your payment due date will now be based on your country's standard time. You still have 48 hours to hold the vehicle, but after the due date, unpaid bookings will be automatically canceled. Remember to upload the transfer receipt in "My Order" to secure your vehicle.

2. Self-Booking Payment Due Date shortened

For self-bookings, the payment due period will be shortened to 24 hours on weekdays (48 hours on weekends). Complete your payment and upload the transfer receipt within this time to avoid cancellation and penalties.
